Please update the app on F-droid

I've been unable to update my chapters for a while now, please update the OpenManga available on F-droid. I don't want to uninstall and lose all my offline files since redownloading everything again will consume data and cause charges.

In the long run, it would make things easier would gradle use "literal" versionName and versionCode values, as then this could be dealt with via auto-update instead of always having to manually open MRs. Any chance for that?

(in case you wonder why: the update checker only parses the gradle using RegEx, it doesn't execute it – so it cannot evaluate variables or function calls)
