Don't load default configuration

Hi, first of all, thanks for a really cool plugin.

In the README.md you specify that Configuration parameters not specified fallback to their default values.

Is there a way to not fallback to default values?

In other words, if I in my config.yaml only specify 3 rules, to only use those 3 rules and nothing else?

Another thing that would help is to be able to disable certain rules.
