What happened?

I have 3 of these installed that after a recent update I just had to change from using device to entity in Automation. However I cannot install additional (I have tried all 3 that I have.) When trying to Pair it flashed 4 times, the forth is a double flash than stops. Is never found by Z2mqtt.

What did you expect to happen?
