Zigbee model '' and manufacturer name '' is NOT supported

What happened?

I am using Hej GLSK3ZB-1713 device. And I successfully paired the device to HA. It was working fine in the past and today when I pressed the interview button, the device was removed from the list. What happened? Can I provide some additional information?

I need a way to manually bind the device.

What did you expect to happen?

I expect the device to be bound correctly as shown in the following figure.

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

Trying to pair a GLSK3ZB-1713 device to the hub. This is 100% reproducible in my environment.
