Missing possibility to set minimal / maximal brightness of Bosch BMCT-DZ

What happened?

The Bosch BMCT-DZ supports setting the min and max brightness in the Bosch Smart Home App (see video below). This is not possible in Zigbee2MQTT.

The problem is as follows: Many light sources do not light up at all if they are dimmed too low. The dimmer is switched on, set to low dimming, but nothing lights up. It should therefore be possible to limit dimming to the lowest value at which the light source also lights up.
