sonoff zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle plus failed to ping (and manage all devices)

What happened?

After system reboot zigbee devices cannot be managed. if i try to change something from zigbee2mqtt web interface - got the red massge Failed to ping . If i change the adapter to the old CC2531 (changing device in docker run command) everything works well. changing sonoff firmware and test with 1.36.1 - do not helps.

What did you expect to happen?

working configuration with sonoff
