NOUS E5 does not return any data

What happened?

NOUS E5 does not return any data Or Z2M does not receive any data from NOUS E5.

The device is well recognized and installed. The device expose Temperature, Humidity, Battery and Linkquality, but everything remains frozen :

What did you expect to happen?

have data

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

always. I've re-paired it a thousand times. Always the same thing. Idem after firmware change of the adapter.
