Increased CPU consumption since 1.35.1 upgrade

What happened?

Ever since upgrading to 1.35.1 I noticed increased CPU consumption, or more fluctuation at least. To add some context: I only first noticed this because the fan of the mini PC running zigbee2mqtt kept spinning up for a second and then go quiet again. Sadly the only CPU history I have is from home-assistant, but I guess it sufficiently shows the change in CPU consumption:

The upgrade to 1.35.1 was the only change I did to my setup that day.
