Philips 8718699689308 smartplug: OTA not available and power_on_behavior not exposed
What happened?
according to the docs:
power_on_behaviorshould be exposed, but isn'tOTAis supported, but fails with error "device didn't respond to OTA request"
Smartplug firmware is 1.104.2
What did you expect to happen?
power_on_behaviorto be exposed- 'OTA' to work
How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

Can anyone assist? After a power-cut overnight, all my smart switches came back 'on' and I need them to be 'off'.
