TS0601_TZE200_lu01t0zl delay issue

What happened?

Expecting 20 to 30 seconds delay in z2m or node read

What did you expect to happen?

Working ok with zigbee gateway 3:0 just having delay in z2m

Other sensors work without issues

the issue is only with the occupation sensor, presence one is working ok

Also, I have errors in CORE LOG for both sensors
