Transition while light.turn_on service in HomeAssistant

What happened?

No transition by light.turn_on on any IKEA FLOALT Panel but transition works by light.turn_off - weird...

What did you expect to happen?

transition working

I just change from DECONZ and HomeAssistant to Zigbee2MQTT and (the same) Homeassistant & Mosquitto... for all i use docker Container(s) on my QNAP NAS

I Just change my automations in HA to match the new entities... All my FLOALT Panel support transition but since the Change to Z2M the Transition don't work... I tried a workaround in Z2M using the Settings (specific) in Z2M Frontend, and set the Transition value to 3. But nothing changes...

The FLOALT Panel directly "jump" to the target brightness without any transition... (in my case 75%)

The Stange thing: while turning off the Light the Transition works as aspected...

Looks like the Transition will not be transmitted... I don't know why... The Same automation by using DECONZ instead of Z2M works as aspected... Maybe Z2M limiting the number of values been transmitted in one payload message?

On the other hand: while light.turn_off the transition value isn't in the payload, too... But the transition works as aspected...
