iCasa ICZB-KPD18S not receiving button actions

What happened?

This is a new issue referring to comment from #3106.

I can pair my device and zigbee2mqtt shows linkquality and battery with reasonable values.

However, it does not react to button-actions. When I turn on heardsmen-zigbee debug logging I get the following message when pushing a button (e.g. S2):

Btw, the device works fine with Phoscon.

What did you expect to happen?

Button actions are received and shown.

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

Sucessfully pair an iCasa ICZB-KPD18S with zigbee2mqtt. You will get "battery" and "linkquality". When pushing a button, nothing happens. I already tried to set "legacy" setting to true/false.
