Since yesterday 3 of 4 devices go "offline" unless a smart plug is powered on

What happened?

For 2,5 years I was using a CC2531-based USB stick connected to a raspberry-pi running OS Buster 32-bit. zigbee2MQTT is running in a docker container. I have a RC and four more zigbee devices. A smart plug is paired but without power. So it was offline. Suddenly all devices are "offline" ('No network route' (205)) but return to "online" and are usable as soon as i plug in this one smart plug (named 'SC-ZST-1').

btw. Since then one device, an aqara motion sensor ("RTCGQ11LM", named "X-MS-1"), is offline all the time and i'm not able to get it paired any more. Already tried all the advices i found here :-(

Attached find two logs log-2022-11-23.11-44-06.txt and log-2022-11-26.16-08-14.txt. The first from the time when everything still worked well. In the 2nd please note the messages

"Failed to ping ... failed (Data request failed with error: 'No network route' (205)))"

until 16:08:40, when 'SC-ZST-1' was repowered. ~17:07:36 i removed the plug and the failures reappear.

What did you expect to happen?

  1. Still all devices should be online even when the smart plug is powered off.
  2. aqara motion sensor (RTCGQ11LM) should work.

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

plugin smart plug -> the devices are online and work well remove smart plug -> the devices go offline

Oh, some news! With the smart plug plugged in now i was able to re-pair the motion sensor! It appears to be the only device which stays "online" now when the plug is unpowered.

Attached please find the map. Shouldn't all devices be connected to the coordinator (like X-MS-1 which is working well now)? The other devices are connected to the smart plug SC-ZST-1 as a router. screenshot.231.zip The 2nd images shows the map when SC-ZST-1 is not plugged in. screenshot.232.zip What is the meaning of "Binding"? Should i bind the "lost" devices to the coordinator?
