This is an interesting case indeed, both ember and zstack only send 1 command to a device at a time (to not overload it). Which means that for the command...
Yes, deconz has no queueing
I removed the firmware, could you try to [downgrade](https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/usage/ota_updates.html#downgrade-1) your device?
Can you try again?
@Ltek in case z2m takes a file from the local folder it will be logged in the [debug logging](https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee-herdsman-converters/blob/271e5e52eb03e96622b216515000a483594d42c5/src/lib/ota.ts#L167)
Did you already consider the availability feature? This will mark devices as unavailable (also in HA) when they did not check-in for 25 hours. [docs](https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/configuration/device-availability.html)
It's not possible to ping battery powered devices as they are sleeping almost always.
What do you mean with "the rest"? The only way to know if a device is gonna die before it actually dies is replacing it when the battery % gets...
Maybe do it time based? e.g. keep for a week
Amazing, thanks! :)
