Reconfiguring the device via the frontend (yellow refresh icon) should fix this.
@mithomas its still not OK after restarting z2m?
With z2m 1.41.0, try to re-configure the device by pressing the yellow refresh button (makes sure to wakeup the device right before doing so) on the frontend and restart z2m.
If reconfigure doesn't help, try to force remove the device through the z2m frontend, **restart z2m** and re-pair the device.
Could you provide the debug log from starting z2m until the device drops?
@Barneybaer84 does the issue also happen when you keep the devices really close to the coordinator? Z2M tries to reach it but fails, could indicate an issue with one of...

Could you try to upgrade and before starting rename `coordinator_backup.json` to `coordinator_backup.json.old` in the z2m data folder?
