Cannot set screen orientation for iOS via khafile.js

In the Discord channel, when I asked how to set iOS to "portrait mode" in the khafile, @RobDangerous said, "You might have to send a pull request for that one", so it would seem this feature needs to be implemented. Creating this issue as a reminder for either myself (in the future when it becomes urgent) or somebody else to implement it.
