I think this is not related to Android only. There is a problem when the PGP is not properly send to the coordinator, it can happen with any API request....
Did you try removing the robot and recovering?
Maybe we can just replicate the Coordinator rating we have implemented but for robots, on this scenario the rating relays on trusting coordinators, but it's better than nothing

There is a conflict now because I did the automatic generation on `main`. If you can rebase it should just fix the errors
