Multiple controllers

I understand that this is a hack, however, it is one of the only solution I got to work in some games where even x360ce doesn't.

However, it only reports one xinput controller, even if I have 4 controllers connected. Can you fix it in order to report multiple xinput controllers for each connected device?

This seems to work now, at least in XInputTest.exe.

I can confirm it works for me in actual games.
