[RFC] Fetching button in bundle

Add a link for manual bundle fetcher.

As fetching is completely linked to GitHub post hook, KNPBundles should have an alternative way of updating bundle scores, like a manual button.

Hey @pilot,

If the fetch button is too long to create, maybe a reset button (delete and re-create the bundle) can be a temporary fix. Some of bundles don't fetch any activity at this time.

@Divi problem at the rabbit mq layer, so reset and add bundle again is not help. If you have a bundle which not updated just point us we'll update it manually for now.

I guess the profile RabbitMQ layer is the same as the repository layer ? Because profile isn't updated too, it's not important, just in case if you don't know.
