Create specs and functional tests for OpenCloud adapter

Hi, I'm developing a lazy version of the OpenCloud adapter and I have already a working prototype, but I want to provide some test before creating a pull request. My LazyOpenCloud adapter extends the original OpenCloud adapter so any problem with it will reflect in a problem on the new lazy variant. Furthermore I'm going to use the OpenCloud adapter in production and I would love to have at least some functional test (but either having specs would be awesome) to be sure everything works fine.

I would like to involve @james75, who originally wrote the OpenCloud adapter.

Thanks @l3l0, I'll contact you if needed. I think we should work first on #167 and #163 so I can submit a fully working and tested adapter. I can return to work on it from the end of the next week, unfortunately I am pretty busy right now. :sob:

Sorry for the delay here. I'll be working on these issues again very soon. Did someone does something to solve these problems in the last two months?

Currently working on this but, as I use rackspace, I have been blocked from this issue https://github.com/rackspace/php-opencloud/issues/137

I will try to set up a local swift installation if the issue persist...
