UpGulp version 1 does not run on Gulp 4

Much has changed since UpGulp was released:

  • Gulp 4 was released. It changed how we handle tasks.
  • Packages have been updated
  • Some packages are deprecated

In addition, Gulp 4 has a new recommended way of splitting the tasks out of the gulpfile.js.
