None of the plunks in your doco work

Not sure if you are aware, but your plunks don't work.

I can't get the examples working offline on my machine either.

Something has gone pear-shaped.

I'm experiencing the same thing. I'm using Knockout 3.1.0 and JQuery 2.1.1 and can't get the grid to work properly in my own project. Trying to recreate the basic example, all I get is a blank box, the same as the plunk.
