Validation min or max

When I seek to address by postcode in Some specific cases need to validate the address number within a range dynamically. I think the amounts received by the rules should accept ko.observable () and use kv.utils.getValue to retrieve the current value. In my code already fix with a fix, I would like to know your opinion.
