cacti upgrade issue

hi there, I believe the new version of Cacti package is moved? When I try to update it shows the following error msg:

::: Fri_09:01: Beginning Cacti upgrade...

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file tar: Unexpected EOF in archive tar: Unexpected EOF in archive tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now !!! ERROR: Fri_09:01: Cacti unpack error cannot install, exiting...
