Faster Pipes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It has been mentioned on Discord that my pipes are quite performant due to their simplicity. However, they run at hopper speed, meaning users may have to upgrade to less performant pipes.

Describe the idea Either in Inspirations, or in a separate mod, have pipes that behave the same but move items faster. Likely crafted from gold instead of iron, and with a performant golden hopper.

Describe how you think this feature would fit in vanilla Not certain it fits in vanilla, might be better for a standalone mod with the feature. Posting it here so I don't forget about it.
