Added wrappers, tests, migrated to go modules

On top of the options already in the library, I added some wrappers so it can be easily used with existing connections, DB or Tx objects.

I also migrated to go modules and added more tests to complete 100% coverage.

Hope you like these options and feel like they're worth to be added to the original library.
