Allow set parametre as ≤ or ≥ to inserted value.

Sounds like a nice feature. But now the source code is not the latest version. Based on problem-solving needs, I will try to add it.

It still in beta testing, but here is 'nightly' build for Windows

For prevent solver fall need activate "Allow Redundant Constrains" in group of sketch
