Suggest new event / zaproponuj nowe wydarzenie

New feature leaving possibility to suggest new events by users. After creation they are waiting for moderator approvement. Our editors are working on design.

Użytkownik może zaproponować nowe wydarzenie. Propozycja czeka na zatwierdzenie redaktorów. Widok podobny do suggestera.

Users provide at least following data:

• title
• description
• predicted resolve date
• url to source (optional)
• url to related articles (optional)
• user email ?

We need to decide who is allowed to suggest a new event. In my opinion, we should allow only active users to do so. It is a kind of security and promotion matter. Moreover, we will reward active users who successfully suggest new events. We need email of an author to discuss the event with him/her. The question is if providing email by a user should be required to suggest an event.
