Anonymous users get 500 in user profile

Now this link redirect to home page. Should be redirect to login page.

it should be: "Anonymous users get 500 in user_profile action"

Anonymous still could see pages of another users. Do we need rethink privacy policy? https://www.politikon.org.pl/accounts/368/
