Spent some time figuring out the correct command to use for Inkscape 1.3 (Windows 11)

It is as follows: inkscapecom -g --actions=com.klowner.filter.apply-transform test.svg

Thank you for this change. Could I pester you to change the inkscapecom executable to inkscape? That seems to be a naming bug introduced into Windows builds https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox/-/issues/8893
