Leftover removal of "Mentor Graphics CAMCAD Runtime install" wants to remove half the Windows registry

While uninstalling my PADS VX.2.12, I came across a massive list of supposed leftovers that allegedly have all good confidence - which are definitely unaffiliated with that tool. Examples include:

(it would clear out everything of HKLM/Software/Classes)

This registry edit would be catastrophic if left checked.

Is there anywhere I can get that application from that doesn't involve creating an account? Alternatively if someone has this application installed can you select it in the application list and do file > export and send me the resulting xml file?
