Is it possible to add an "Exclude scan paths" setting?

On my E drive, there is a folder containing a large number of audio files, and scanning it would take up half the time of the entire scanning process. But I do sometimes store some programs there.

This is definitely doable, but I'm short on time so ideally someone else could implement it. I suggest giving programming in C# a try!
