I can't connect to api using Windows Telnet or Putty. How can it be used?

For some reason it doesn't work with Windows Telnet. But you could use Firefox or Edge (not Chrome) and connect to (for example) 127.0.0.1:4068/summary Or you could use a monitoring program.
