Nvidia doesn't support your GT430 anymore, it's too old

It doesn't run on your card because of code like this: https://github.com/KlausT/ccminer-cryptonight/blob/fdb0f789674ba55eac4846baa1a0cc6126396638/cryptonight/cuda_cryptonight_core.cu#L141 Old cards don't support __shfl. Getting rid of __shfl would require major changes and make the miner slower for newer cards. Also, CUDA 9.1 doesn't support your card. I would have to use old CUDA versions. It's not going to happen.
