Pasting images support

Open mikkelking opened this issue 3 years ago • 1 comments

I must say, excellent work in building Quant-ux and keeping it open source! I would like to be able to paste in an image (from an existing screen shot), to save time in drawing it (and sometimes it is too time consuming to draw anyway). I know I can upload an image and import that, but I can't then change the size of it.

Playing around, I managed to get an image to appear inside a box when I hit Command-V, but it didn't stay in the drawing, so I think that's a fake paste.

Hi,

thanks for letting me know. This is a bug. Copy paste should not work for images. I will fix this for now. The best way to upload images is dragging and dropping them in the editor. If you drop them on the canvas a new screen with the picture as background will be created. If you drop in a screen, it will be created as an image.
