Screen Segment z- issue

• Screen Segments can be hierarchical placed but when another element is placed on top but within the boundaries of the Screen Segment the Screen Segment will be rendered on top. An interesting bypass i found is to make the top-level element wider so that it overlaps the boundaries of the Screen Segment because then the hiarchical ordering is correct again.
