Filter bar chart does not shrink

How to reproduce:

1. Make sure the browser viewport takes up half of the screen space.
2. Open the filter panel.
3. Expand the browser window so it takes up the whole screen.
4. Shrink the window back.

Observed behavior: The bar chart takes up the same width as in the full-screen window.

Expected: The bar chart shrink to the same size as on the step 2.
