Add FTP to auxiliary

Should this be more complicated than just sudo apt-get install vsftpd? that works, but we might want to add our own options (root login, unjailing ourselves, etc?)

Yup definitely - i started it earlier and eventually want it to have root login, anonymous, unjailing, uploading an existing conf, and anything else you can think of
