Time since last zero/estimated time to restock for international items

On the "stocks abroad" page, it'd be convenient to have "time since last update" (which you have) and "time since last zero report" (which I don't see) and maybe "estimated time to restock" if you're feeling ambitious. I often thought about polling travelhub for this information so I didn't wind up waiting for a restock.

I don't really see the point of time since last zero... But yeah It would be nice to have a estimated time to restock which seems a bit hard to predict. An estimation of next out of stock would be a bit easier...

'Time since last zero' is just the easiest implementation of 'time to restock', it makes the user do all the work.

If you keep enough of the data you should be able to predict time to restock, since it's supposedly half of the amount of time it took to sell out, to the nearest 15 minute tick. Since you know approximately when it was restocked and when it hit zero, you can probably estimate it.

@MarauderIIC, do we have anything to backup the assumption of "since it's supposedly half of the amount of time it took to sell out, to the nearest 15 minute tick", if we do that would be amazing!

One issue I can foresee is that we rely on being told when an item is out of stock also, user reporting delays could skew the figures quite a bit, but I think it certainly deserves some more looking into!

Just sort of a general assumption by the players. I searched "restock" on the forums. Here's one example.
