On Linux, creating a Cuda miner points to a Windows .exe

Guiminer when deployed on Linux offers the option to create a Cuda miner, but the path points to a Windows .exe which of course is nonexistent.

You have to manually compile cuda rpcminer (its name can end with .exe, it doesn't matter for Linux) and place it in this path. But compiling won't be so easy (it's hard to meet some of the dependencies). I tried compiling it, but failed.

Not only does it point to /home/ross/x/poclbm/miners/puddinpop/rpcminer-cuda.exe for me as well, but the miners directory doesn't even exist--let alone miners/puddinpop.
