Kwiver's installed kwiver-config.cmake configure to build directory

As the description indicates, doing a make install on kwiver does not reconfigure the kwiver-config.cmake file, which is based on kwiver-config-install.cmake. All of the paths in the installed file point to the build directory, not the CMAKE_PREFIX.
