Cannot delete a dataset if not in fullscreen

Describe the bug There is an issue where the trash icon does not appear if not in fullscreen

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open DIVE
2. Reduce the size of the window

Related data No specific data.

Expected behavior The trash icon and accessed metadata should appear.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: ubuntu-10
• Browser: Desktop mode
