Short hand links to datasets instead of hash string

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, Please describe. If someone's linking to a dataset hosted on viame.kitware.com they have to list the hash right now in a hyperlink, which is a very long, non-human parsable link. It would be nice for named hosted dataset to contain the dataset name instead of a hash. Sort of similar to a tiny-url, but ideally with a custom name.
