Single Frame Timeline Views

Describe the bug When a dataset has a single image in view the timeline doesn't display any data: image image

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load up an image sequence with a single image

Expected behavior Events should be displayed and detection counts should also be displayed.
