Revision History Scrolling Load + Selection

Currently when using revision history if you have a long list and select one near the bottom (after the scroll loading has loaded, so one further currentRevision-20). It will refresh the page and cause it to hide the selected revision. We should probably load at least to the select revision so it can be properly highlighted on the reloading?
