Selection Range Overwriting Attributes

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, Please describe. Setting the same attribute state on a large range of track. I.E. set detection attribute: Motion: True for frames 120-400 for a track.

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to select a frame range for a selected track to applied modified attributes to. Selection could be number inputs or perhaps use the event viewer to scrub and select a range. The selected attributes in that range will be overwritten with new values.

Describe alternatives you've considered Could go frame-by-frame and set the attributes but that may take a while.

Additional context Related to issue #1181 Two different modes of setting large numbers of detection attributes. The related issue would be setting them during creation time this issue would enable setting them after the detections have been created.
