Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, Please describe. When creating new detections for a track, copy over existing attributes and values to the new detection.

Describe the solution you'd like Some toggle state that allows for each new detection in an existing track to copy over the last detection's set attributes value. That way the user could continue along annotating with the same detection attributes being applied.

Describe alternatives you've considered There could be a copy/paste button that could be used to copy over attributes but when doing a lot of frames this could get tedious.

Additional context This is useful when tracking state of annotated objects that may last for hundreds of frames or more. Something like the different between a person walking and stopping or a fish swimming and stopping. It may be in motion for several dozen frames and then stopped for more.

As an addition this might be nice for track creation as well. To be able to create multiple tracks of the same type with the same track level attributes without having to manually set each one.

Relates to #1182 This will related to another Feature Request involving selection of ranges of the track and applying detection level attributes to ranges.
