Add multiple UUID specification option to ``DataSet.get_data`` method

Want to ability to specify multiple DataElement UUIDs to the getter to get multiple elements at the same time. This would also be desired for some implementations of DataSet that are better able to get fetch many elements on a in-batch basis vs. on a one-at-a-time basis.
