Some Clang 7.0.1 build warnings appear as errors

I have this project here https://my.cdash.org/index.php?project=PeleC that always seems to show build errors when there aren't any. It looks like it's only for Clang 7.0.1. It appears random because some days it will show no errors. It's like since the output gets mixed during the parallel build it parses the output incorrectly.
