Cannot edit groups anymore

Expected Behavior

I have confirmed that I am still an administrator of https://my.cdash.org/index.php?project=E3SM. I used to be able to hover my mouse over the "Project" tab in the upper right and the dropdown menu gave me the option to edit Groups. This option no longer appears for me.

Actual Behavior

The Project dropdown menu only has the options "Home" "Documentation" "Bug Tracker" and "Subscribe"

CDash Version

Whatever version the public my.cdash.org uses.

I just checked, my.cdash.org is running the fix from #2503. I was unable to reproduce the issue of project-admins not being able to edit their groups any more (seems to work okay for me).

A couple things to check:

• The link you're looking for should be under the "Settings" dropdown menu (not "Projects")

• If that doesn't clear things up, you could try this direct link to see if CDash will allow you access the page or not: https://my.cdash.org/manageBuildGroup.php?projectid=828

@zackgalbreath , I logged out and back in and that seemed to fix it. I thought I tried that a couple weeks ago but everything looks good now.
